Microsoft Outlook is a personal information management (PIM) application, though it is often utilized exclusively for email management. This software works as a standalone application or in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft SharePoint Server.

All courses may be delivered onsite in your company’s meeting room or other common area, and we always work to your schedule. Our mobile lab is equipped to provide a laptop, mouse, and mouse pad for up to ten participants. Printed training materials and email support (after the training) is included.

This first-level course gives participants the skills they need to get the most from Microsoft Outlook 2013. Over the course of a dozen easy-to-understand modules, participants learn skills that progress from basic right through to advanced, even experienced users come away with something new.


This course is recommended for new Microsoft Outlook users, including those who are familiar with alternative email software.

Outlook 2013 Advanced Essentials


This advanced-level course takes an in-depth look at Outlook’s tools and features, including topics like the Favorites list, working with search folders, creating rules, using categories, managing junk mail, sharing your calendar, scheduling meetings with Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Server mailbox features, using signatures, organizing data, managing personal folders, and using Outlook profiles.


This advanced course is recommended for experienced Microsoft Outlook users looking to further streamline and improve productivity.
